We get lots of requests for ladder shelving frames made from our antique ladders. We used 2 vintage ladders then removed the backs and attached them together to make this shelf unit. (Boards aren't included).
You can purchase two of these double sided ladders or more and stretch your shelving across a full wall to make a dramatic shelving display. We will make sure the ladder steps are even from one unit to another when you order more than one.
This ladder shelf will be 68" tall. Where the ladder hits the floor it will be approximately 48" wide and maybe a little wider.
WE SELL THE SHELVING FRAME ONLY. BUY YOUR BOARDS AT YOUR LOCAL LUMBER YARD.
We use antique ladders that might have a few paint drips from past years painting projects. Some have lots of old paint drips for a more rustic look. We'll also paint your double ladder shelves for a small fee - choose from over ten paint options.
Many customers like metal hooks that we can send along with the ladder for an extra fee. Just let us know what your needs are.
These are old used ladders that we are selling for a country decorative accent. Please note that they are NOT FOR CLIMBING.
Smaller items can be packaged and ship through UPS or FedEx Ground.
Larger, heavier items need to ship through a freight company and will deliver by a large tractor trailer. They usually park on the street and offer curb deliveries only. Normally they have a lift gate to drop the order to the ground and move it to the side.
Business Deliveries - To be classed as a business you need to keep hours and be located in a business district. They will not call for an appointment so someone needs to be there during business hours to sign for it or there will be redelivery fees.
Residential - The trucks deliver right to your home. The shipper will call you to give you a window of time when the truck will arrive. An adult needs to be home to inspect and sign for the shipment. If for some reason you are not there redelivery fees will apply.
On Ground orders, you may be liable for charges outside of your transaction for taxes and duties in crossing your items over to Canada.
On Freight orders, please arrange with a local Canadian broker before calling us to set up shipment.
