Instructions to Building a FountainI purchased this little wading pool at the Dollar Store then lined it with 6 ply plastic that I found in the flooring department at Lowes. You can also use black plastic and it can also be found in 6 ply.

You can use heavier products which I would recommend for a longer fountain life. Fish Ponds stores carry heavy black liners that you can lay over cement blocks to build the reservoir.
