Our fencing is assembled right here in middle Illinois in our iron shop. Each steel hoop is hand bent so 12' lengths of solid steel are cut and ready for the process. Once the hoops are bent and cast iron finials welded on the stakes, the parts are then gathered and assembled on a jig to be welded together.
This 6' tall fence also has a 3rd horizontal bar added for extra support. The 1.5" square posts will have the coordinating cast iron finial.
