Each of the items sold here are of a unique nature to ship, either by
size or weight. We suggest Ground shipment through FedEx on all orders. They can not ship to a Post Office Box
so we require your complete
address. The drivers will be instructed to deliver without a signature from you. If you would rather not have the driver
leave the package at your door just let us know.
We will calculate the least expensive method of insured shipment for you and
that amount will be added to your invoice. Multiple items ordered at the same time and shipped to the same address will be combined if
possible to save on shipping costs.
6.50% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to IL.
We will be happy to ship to addresses other than your own. Our items do make wonderful gifts!
We will process your shipment ASAP. Normally the same day or within a few days.

A Rustic Garden limits your return payments to the cost of the items only. No shipping costs will be refunded. Items need to be returned at buyers expense in original condition before refunds are made.
NO PART OF THE SELLING PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED IF:
A customer puts a deposit on an item to hold it.
A customer delays shipments for a later delivery date after paying in full.
A customer breaks up the cost of the item in multiple payments whether part or all of the item has been paid.
